Each student will be provided with a Home Inspector Toolkit that includes the basic items needed to start inspecting upon Graduation.
HOME INSPECTOR BUSINESS MASTERY
We teach our students the 6 Figure Home Inspector Blueprint which includes business setup, marketing, insurance, and more!
LIVE MOCK INSPECTONS
To complete our term, students are invited to Cleveland, OH for in person mock inspections before Graduation.
NHIE TEXTBOOKS
Inspector Flow students receive the DIGITAL Textbook set from EBPHI. The set (Mechanical & Structural books) are needed to study for the NHIE test.
WEEKLY CLASSES & OFFICE HOURS
Students will participate in weekly classes and have access to Study Sessions to reinforce learning. All sessions are recorded and able for replay.

20 WEEKS OF LIVE CLASSES
Every Sunday beginning August 20th, 2023, you will have a Live MANDATORY Class, that is taught virtually by our Lead Instructor. We have a class on each of the 10 Major Systems of a Home. Classes include:
- Live Instruction
- Visual presentation & handouts
- Homework Assignments to reinforce the material
In addition to weekly LIVE Classes, there are Study Sessions held every Friday where students can ask questions and get additional help.
